Hello everyone I had not required physio support for a number of years and after injuring my calf needed to find someone to assist in defining my injury and ongoing physio. I located Health First Shepparton on line and placed a call. To my surprise the very friendly admin told me to come down straight away if that suited,which I did and on arrival was introduced to a new physio Felicitas Chioma. Felicitas was welcoming and listened to my issues and in no time at all had identified the issue and started treatment advising me that it would take some time to overcome. I have just completed my second session with Felicitas and l have complete confidence in her diagnosis, professionalism and ability to have me back on the golf course soon. If you are looking for someone to help with your physio concerns would highly recommend contacting the team at Health First Shepparton and in my experience I would recommend Felicitas Chioma. I was treated in a respectful and friendly manner. My treatment was specific to my needs. The staff member was knowledgeable and provided me with ongoing exercises to assist me in my recovery.

I can’t recommend Felicitas enough! I came in for severe jaw pain and honestly couldn’t be happier with the care i received. She really listens, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel so comfortable. I really appreciate that she gives me exercises to do at home as well, so it feels like proper long-term treatment, not just a quick session. I’ve already noticed improvement. Highly recommend!

Very good history taking. Understands my needs and explained the Excellent Treatment, I went to have shock wave treatment and had dry needling plus deep tissue massage. Walking so much more comfortable. I recommend highly.

Faith was great today, listened, made a plan and started treatment with care. Excellent effort. The girls out the front were lovely and inviting also, highly recommend this place if you need physio help for injuries

I have been dealing with daily back pain for a long time now. I went and got spinal decompression done, I can feel the difference already. Two more sessions and I was informed I should be pain free. Highly recommend
